At CreoConcept, we have been keenly aware for many years that our operations drive comprehensive development while simultaneously impacting the natural environment, our employees, and the communities and areas where we operate. The products we offer not only affect our direct customers but also their partners. Understanding this, we strive every day to be an environmentally friendly company that operates based on ethical principles to protect our planet.
#ThinkCreo - The Idea of Sustainable Development
- Our goals align with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the UN, as outlined in the 2030 Agenda.
- We are taking actions towards neutralising our environmental impact, including continuous investments in our vehicle fleet.
- We care about the safety and development of our employees, as well as their well-being and a friendly work atmosphere.
- We support the education of children and youth, including the promotion of sports, particularly team sports (handball) and karate, understood as the art of psychophysical self-improvement.
At CreoConcept, we work according to a certified Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System. We strive to meet the challenges of a circular economy and offer products with the longest possible life cycle.
- Up to 97% of the components used in our products can be reused.
- Our BAFEO acoustic panels, one of our sub-brands, are made entirely of recycled felt. One square metre of this material equals 22 ground PET plastic bottles!
- We organise transportation in a way that neutralises our carbon footprint (efficient transport planning to reduce the need for multiple trips on the same route, combining transports).
- We purchase raw materials from suppliers within our immediate reach, and we concentrate our production activities in one location, eliminating the need for additional transport.
- We support green transport: you can park your bike in front of our office without locking it to a fence.
- We segregate waste, and thanks to photovoltaic panels, we source part of our energy from the sun.
At CreoConcept, we understand that the key to the company's further development is safety, health, and building cohesive teams. Therefore, we strive to create the best possible working conditions and opportunities for mutual integration.
- We foster good relationships among employees by organising team-building events.
- We support employee development by organising training to enhance both soft and hard skills.
- Almost 100% of our staff work locally, following the motto "think globally, act locally".
- We firmly oppose all forms of bullying and discrimination.
- Our office space is friendly for people with varying degrees of disability.
Education and the promotion of sports are the main areas of support we provide to the local community where we operate.
We operate within the Kielce Technology Park, actively participating in its initiatives. In 2023, celebrating its 15th anniversary, the Kielce Technology Park honoured us with the "Largest Investor" recognition for our significant investments within the park and for enhancing innovation.
We support Kielce handball players (Industria Kielce) and the Kyokushin karate club.
Employees within our organisation, as well as our social and business partners, express a commitment to combating all forms of discrimination in the workplace created by CreoConcept to promote and create a diverse environment. We support equality and social cohesion, with diversity and respect for human rights being integral elements of our organisational culture.
Respect for human rights cannot exist without protecting individual rights, including personal data. At CreoConcept, we place a high value on protecting employee data, the data of our contractors, and the external organisations we work with. Therefore, we train our employees and raise their awareness about the protection of personal data they process and work with.

For these reasons, before you become a CreoConcept supplier, please familiarize yourself with the following documents:
Sales Department
Our sales department, managed by Sales Director Konrad Zimnicki, is responsible for contact with the Client. We have regional sales managers operating in Poland and Spain, as well as a general manager in Germany. The tender department is responsible for preparing the offer.
Thanks to this structure, we are able to communicate efficiently with customers in the markets in which we operate.
The individual stages of creating the final product in the sales department are illustrated in the following diagram:
Project department, service department, warehouse management department and logistics department
In order to complete the order, after the tender department has prepared the offer, the work on the individual order is undertaken by the other departments of the company, complementing each other's activities. The project manager and the engineers and assistants assigned to him, in cooperation with the investor, prepare the design documentation. The logistics department employees make calculations regarding the demand for materials so that the project manager can then place an order in the warehouse and commission the development of profiles in the paint shop. At the next stage, the products are cut and sealed in the warehouse. Accessories are also issued so that the assemblers and subcontractor teams can finally complete the order at the place of its execution. The logic of these activities is illustrated in the diagram:
As you can see, CreoConcept is divided into departments, but in order to properly complete the order, all employees of the company work on its shape, and in cooperation with suppliers, in addition to the obvious involvement of the logistics department in these processes, employees with other specialties are also involved. Thanks to such work organization, we manage to maintain the highest quality and meet the standards and requirements that we set for the goods we deliver.
In addition to the obvious issues related to the ordinary execution of the order, our task as a company is also to constantly verify whether suppliers exercise due diligence in ESG activities in their organization, as well as in their own supply chain. For this reason, the ESG manager verifies the shape of the sets of documents regarding the principles of cooperation that are submitted to suppliers, in order to give them the shape most adequate to the current requirements in the field of environmental protection, social issues and corporate governance.
Our fundamental principle is transparent operation in accordance with the letter of the law, which is why we have introduced an anti-corruption policy in the company and defined the rules for accepting and giving gifts, and the board members have undergone anti-corruption training on the e-learning platform of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (modules Corruption in Business and Combating Corruption), which is confirmed by the certificates they have obtained.
Expecting certain actions from our suppliers, we also act ourselves. Thus, by cooperating with each other within our organization, we are sure that cooperation with suppliers and its results meet the quality criteria we set for ourselves.
